New Solo stuff! Coaxium Hyperfuel Vials, Dryden Vos Ring.
over 7 years ago – Wed, Oct 17, 2018 at 08:30:21 PM

Hi prop collectors!

I just wanted to show you some finished photos of a recently completed project, plus a little sneak peak of a project I'm currently working on. I post this kind of stuff on my Facebook page, on therpf, on my Instagram @custom3dstuff and twitter @custom3dstuff so you can always follow along there.

Dyden Vos ring

First there's the gold plated stainless steel and crimson resin Crimson Dawn Dryden Vos communicator ring. This one comes in three sizes small (7), medium(10) and large(13).  It'll make a great addition to any collection, or perfect for a conversation piece at a con or cosplay.

Coaxium Hyperfuel Vial

Here's some prototype shots of the hyperfuel vial. I'll be doing the canister next, but I did want to do the vial first as it's more interesting to me.

Click the picture for more photos and to place a pre-order.

The vial is aluminum on both ends, has a glass crystal in the middle, and a central 3D engraving of the starburst shape. There's a light embedded in one of the aluminum endcaps, and it can be turned on and off by twisting.

You can place an order for either of these items over at my shop at custom3dstuff.com

I believe I posted about the solo dice here, but regardless, those have been coming out great so if you're interested in a high quality gold plated stainless steel version, instead of those cheap zinc alloy versions kicking around the net, you can snag them right from my shop here.

They come in a nice fancy box too!

Thanks again, and thanks for following along with my projects.

Updates! Upgrades!
almost 9 years ago – Thu, Jun 15, 2017 at 03:21:56 PM

Hi everyone.

I wanted to let you know I've made an update to the card. I got a few people who wanted an improved bar across the bottom, so I've made that option available. There are two versions available, and multiple color options. These will fit on your hero card that you already have. If you want one, go ahead and order it through this link:

http://shpws.me/OAob Closed version

http://shpws.me/OAog Opened version

The closed version is solid with a solid half-circle depressed area where the opened version lets the card show through the bar.

Additionally, for those of you who are super into perfect details, I've made a new printing of an even more accurate card with updated details that were only seen in the blu-ray behind the scenes release. These are very minor changes, like the shape of the three circles at the top of the card, the layout of one of the traces in the lower left area, and some other small minor modifications. If you'd like one of these cards, you can go ahead and order them at the same backerkit link, hope.backerkit.com.  These new cards will come with the upgraded closed bar black version.

All* orders shipped! *except for three

Hey thanks everyone!

It was a bit of a struggle to get everyone shipped out so quickly over the alst two days, but we pretty much made it! I think everyone in the US will have it this week or early next week, in time for Star Wars Celebration!

I didn't ship out three packages... two of you who ordered the chirrut imwe medallion add-on, and the one of you who ordered add-on earrings.  Those will go out in the next day or two. Sorry about the delay there. They're done and ready, just not shipped.

I also still need to share the PDF and 3d printable versions. which haven't been made yet, but will be done shortly, incorporating the tiny new changes we can see now that the blu-ray is out.  I might do another run in the future that incorporates those changes.  They're very minimal and we've pretty much hit it with more than 99% accuracy on this run, so that'll only be for the true die-hard fans who care about those crazy details(like me). Stay tuned for that!
